Terms & Conditions
We have set below the terms and conditions that apply to information shown in the pages of www.carolynjrobertsartist.co.uk (the website) and to the ordering of any products from the website. By accessing this website as well as placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
Carolyn J Roberts Artist owns the sole copyright of all original artworks, prints and greetings cards. Any unauthorised reproduction is in violation of copyright law. Purchase of a product does not transfer reproduction rights.
2. Description of Products
The description of products on the website is only approximate. We may correct any error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.
All prices quoted are in pounds Sterling. Payment can be made via PayPal. Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
United Kingdom: all items shipped within the UK include free postage and packing. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Goods will be shipped using Royal Mail (signed for) or Parcelforce (tracked).
Outside UK: if you are from outside the UK, please contact us before buying, stating what products you would like to purchase. We will then calculate the shipping costs and get back to you as soon as possible.
Artwork is not framed unless specified.
Loss/damage: on the rare occasion that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter promptly. Please report damage within 3 days with photographic proof so that we can file a claim with the courier. If your order is lost or damaged it will be replaced with the same product, unless it is an original artwork, in which case a refund will be offered. All orders are tracked.
Change of Mind: if you decide you no longer want the product, please inform us within 1 week of receiving your order. Please return the product to us in its original condition; once received, we will issue your refund. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer and proof of posting is required. Should the parcel go missing during transit and no proof of postage is supplied, no refund will be issued.
